The apartment is situated in a private upmarket housing estate (26 condominions) with direct and private access to the beach (60 yards) 'Cala Capitan'. The ample pool area is taken care of daily. Within walking distance you find the local supermarket, the local marina with its excellent restaurant 'Cabo Roig' or you may spend a delightful evening in the upmarket restaurant "Chez Felix" just opposite the residence.
